Electronic Assembly (Engineer)

Position: Electronic Assembly Jr/Sr Engineer

Educational Qualification :

Diploma in Electronics Engineering (Desirable : J-STD-001 Certification)

Required Experience: 3–10 Years

Location: Manesar Industry: Defense, Telecommunication, Industrial Automation

A cutting-edge technology firm working in strategic partnership with leading Global Defense Majors. The company delivers advanced AI-enabled sensors and electronic solutions to Indian Defense and Para Military Forces.

Key Hard Skills (Technical Skills):

*Soldering: Proficiency in Soldering techniques, including Surface-Mount Technology (SMT) and through-hole assembly. Experience in Soldering fine pitch components under Magnifier.

*Printed Circuit Board Assembly: Experience in assembling Printed Circuit Boards (PCBs) and handling various Electronic Components.

*Wiring and Cable Assembly: Experience with wire harnessing, crimping, and routing wires.

*Final Unit / Equipment Assembly : Experience in assembling and integrating Electronic Assemblies, Mechanical parts into final Unit / Equipment.

*Use of Hand and Power Tools: Familiarity with the tools including Torque controlled tools and equipment used in electronic assembly.

*Reading Schematics and Technical Drawings: Ability to interpret assembly drawings, procedures, standards, and diagrams.

*Testing and Troubleshooting: Skills in using testing equipment (e.g., Multimeters, Oscilloscopes) to identify and resolve issues with Electronic Components and assemblies.

*Quality Control: Knowledge of Quality Standards (e.g., IPC-A-610) and ability to inspect and verify product quality.

*Component Level Repair: Experience in diagnosing and repairing defects in electronic assemblies.

*Basic Electronic Principles: Understanding of electronic components and circuits.

*Problem-Solving: Skills in identifying, analyzing, and resolving issues during the assembly process.

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹750,000.00 per year
