Einstein Analytics Lead

Job Overview:

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Understand business requirement documents and translate them to technical and functional requirements
• Guide the team on the best way forward by envisioning and evaluating various design options
• Design systems based on the business requirements including data flows, data objects and other data transformation
• Ability to create and schedule data imports and synchronization jobs along with appropriate error handling
• Develop modules for data extraction, transformation, and validation in salesforce
• Understand the analytical data module and thereby create appropriate recipes
• Create and present data in a visually appealing manner
• Test the solutions and document their functionality
• Perform technical peer reviews to evaluate pros and cons of design

Desired Experience:

• 5-6 years of overall experience working on Salesforce
• 3-4 years of hands-on experience on Einstein Analytics
• Experience with understanding data and creating appropriate dashboards/lenses
• Successfully lead Salesforce Einstein projects across all phases of design, development, code, and deployment
• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related disciplines
• Good problem-solving skills with proven ability of resolving technical challenges
• Exposure to agile development and JIRA usage
