Key Responsibilities

• Provide personalized educational and career counseling to students
• Help students select suitable courses aligned with their goals
• Counsel candidates for online undergraduate and postgraduate programs
• Maintain detailed records of student interactions and progress
• Collaborate with the team to refine counseling strategies
• Update and maintain course and education-related information
• Use digital tools and platforms for communication and follow-ups
  

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor's degree in education, Counseling, Psychology, or a related field
• Proven experience in educational or career counseling
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Self-driven, organized, and capable of working remotely
• Comfortable using digital platforms and CRM tools
• Prior experience with online courses or EdTech is a plus
