Roles and Responsibilities Responsible for ensuring that all allocated schools are in good health and for engaging with key stakeholders in the school and updating them about the training progress. Assist in planning and identifying the training needs for all the schools on a periodical basis and providing necessary support to enhance their skills & knowledge base. Expertise in resolving customer queries, establishing relationships with clients & achieving renewal targets Responsible for renewals and upgrades. Required Experience & Skills: 4-8 years of experience as a teacher trainer, and education coach. Ability to communicate, present and influence all levels of the organization. Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation skills Excellent verbal and written communications skills Education Domain experience preferred The role includes a lot of traveling Some exciting facts about E-DAC Huge organic interests from schools for our product; cutting-edge products already signed up by more than 600 + schools.
