Role Description

This is a full-time role for Education and Training Managers based on-site in South Delhi, requiring travel throughout the country. Education and Training Managers will be responsible for developing and managing training programs for entrepreneurs and develop coaching and skill support aids for entrepreneurs. Daily tasks will include planning and executing training sessions, evaluating training effectiveness, and collaborating with team members to enhance training programs.

Qualifications

• Training Management and Training skills
• Strong Communication and Coaching abilities
• Background in Education, with knowledge of adult learning principles
• Excellent organisational and project management skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams
• Experience in the MSME & Livelihoods sector is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Education, Business Administration, or related field
