At Wayspire, marketing is not a support function — it’s the engine of growth. You’ll work closely with the founder and sales leadership to execute campaigns that deliver results, not just reach. Key Responsibilities: Plan & run bulk lead generation campaigns targeting students (organic + community-driven) Support sales through qualified lead flow and conversion-focused funnels Achieve team targets for total leads and lead-to-sale conversions Manage and upskill marketing interns, campus ambassadors, and outreach teams Own organic growth via SEO, email, WhatsApp/Telegram groups, and community content Lead content & performance across Instagram, LinkedIn, WhatsApp, Youtube with a sharp growth lens Analyze marketing metrics, iterate fast, and optimize cost per acquisition (CPA) Requirements: 2–4 years of hands-on EdTech marketing experience (mandatory) Proven track record in lead generation and conversion-focused campaigns Strong understanding of digital tools, student behavior, and sales alignment Comfortable training junior team members and managing execution with ownership Strong bias for action, performance, and accountability What You Get: CTC: ₹4.5 – ₹5.5 LPA + monthly performance-based bonuses Clear 12–18 month growth track to Head of Marketing (based on results) Full autonomy in campaign planning and execution A culture where we strictly reward results — not just effort Fast-paced, collaborative, and result-oriented How to Apply: Email your resume to vishal.bhati@wayspire.in Subject: Marketing Manager Application – [Your Name] Show more Show less
