Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Admission Counsellor to join our team. As the first point of contact for prospective students, your role is to guide and support them through the admissions process, understand their career goals, and match them with suitable courses offered by our platform. You will play a key role in driving student enrollment and building lasting relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle inbound and outbound calls and respond to student inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
Provide accurate information about various courses, fees, duration, and career outcomes.Counsel prospective students on program selection based on their interests, background, and career goals.Follow up with leads and convert them into successful enrollments.Maintain and update records of daily follow-ups, interested leads, and conversions using CRM tools.

Key Skills & Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (preferred in Education, Management, or related fields).
6 month–2 years of experience in sales, counselling, or a similar role (EdTech preferred).Excellent communication, interpersonal, and persuasive skills.Strong customer orientation and ability to handle objections effectively.Target-driven with a problem-solving mindset.Familiarity with CRM software and online learning platforms is a plus.

Compensation

:
