Role Description

This is an on-site full-time role for an Executive Assistant to the Managing Director at MYNDTEL, located in Jalandhar. The Executive Assistant will be responsible for managing the diary, coordinating meetings, handling communication, and providing executive support. Day-to-day tasks include scheduling appointments, preparing correspondence, managing administrative tasks, ensuring efficient operation of the office, and maintaining confidentiality on all matters.


Qualifications

  • Executive Administrative Assistance and Administrative Assistance skills
  • Executive Support and Diary Management experience
  • Excellent Communication skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office and other relevant software
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Experience in the telecommunication industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or related field
