Role Overview: Executive Assistant (EA) to the Managing Director

As the EA, you will serve as a vital link in ensuring the smooth and efficient day-to-day functioning of the Managing Director's office. The role demands high organizational skills, discretion, and the ability to communicate effectively across all levels.

Experience - 2-7 years of relevant experience

Job Location - Dadar East - Mumbai

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the MD’s calendar, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings
• Arrange domestic and international travel, accommodations, and itineraries
• Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence
• Liaise with internal departments and external partners
• Handle confidential documents with integrity
• Assist in planning and executing administrative processes
• Daily follow ups

Desired Candidate Profile:

• Bachelor’s degree in any field
• Self-motivated and capable of handling confidential information with discretion
• Competency in MS Office and office management tools
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities
• Proficient in diary/calendar management
• Proven experience in administrative and executive support roles
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Experience in the textile industry is a plus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month

Schedule:

• Day shift

Supplemental Pay:

• Yearly bonus
