Job Title: Email Outreach Executive Company: SSB Media Location: Work From Office – Gurgaon Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 (plus performance-based incentives) Experience Required: 6 months – 1 year (preferred) Industry: Digital Media / Content Research & Acquisition About the Role: We are hiring an Email Outreach Executive to help us build compelling true crime video content for our YouTube channel – Patrol Stories TV . This role involves reaching out to US police departments via email to request case-related data such as incident reports, real-life stories, and surveillance footage under the Freedom of Information Act (FOIA). If you have strong written communication skills, a passion for investigative or real-life content, and enjoy structured research, we want to hear from you! Key Responsibilities: Identify and research relevant US Police Departments for data acquisition. Draft and send professional emails requesting incident reports, FIRs, and case-related material. Follow up on pending requests and maintain proper communication. Organize and structure collected data to ensure accuracy and usability for video scripts. Maintain and update request status using CRM tools or Excel/Google Sheets. Work closely with the content and research team to curate authentic, story-driven materials . Ensure legal and ethical compliance while handling public data. Requirements: Graduate in any field (Mass Comm, Journalism, Law, or English preferred). 6 months – 1 year experience in email communication, research, or outreach-based roles. Excellent email writing and professional communication skills. Familiarity with CRM tools or Excel for tracking and follow-ups. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
