E-Commerce Executive

Job Description

We are looking for a proactive, detail-oriented E-commerce Executive to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and optimising our online sales channels, ensuring seamless product listings, and supporting day-to-day e-commerce operations. This role plays a key part in driving sales growth, maintaining accurate inventory, and enhancing the overall customer experience. Key Responsibilities: Product Listings: Ensure accurate, timely listing and categorisation of products across all e-commerce platforms. Order Processing & Dispatch: Coordinate and oversee order fulfillment to guarantee timely and efficient deliveries. Order Tracking: Monitor and track shipments to ensure on-time delivery and resolve any logistics issues promptly. Customer Support: Address and resolve customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner to maintain satisfaction and loyalty. Product Information Management: Regularly update product details, including descriptions, pricing, images, and availability, to ensure accuracy across all platforms.
