Job Description

Customer Connect Team is first Point of Contact (PoC) for all customers who have completed the registration of their unit.

CoreResponsibilities:

  • Coordinate the handover of the unit to the customer post-registration.
  • Identify and assess customers needs to achieve satisfaction.
  • Follow up and coordinate with all the departments (CRM, CCS, Projects) to ensure the unit is ready for handover on the date chosen by the customer.
  • Ensure all handover documents are handed over to the customer.
  • All communications to be documented in system.
  • Ensure handover snag rectification is done on time.
  • Collected C-Sat survey.
  • Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies.
  • Take the extra mile to engage customers

Whoare we looking for

  • Knowledge of the Real Estate, hospitality or customer facing role
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
