Key Responsibilities: - Creating and managing dashboards and templates for portfolio review. - Monitoring portfolio performance against defined thresholds and benchmarks. - Defining and tracking Early Warning Signals (EWS) for timely preventive measures. - Benchmarking against industry and peers. - ECL budgeting and tracking actual performance against the budget. - Tracking macro indicators and their impact on the company. - Loss projections based on recent performance updates. - Stress testing analysis. - Reporting for senior management and board/committees. - Adhoc risk analysis as required. - Liaison with different teams and stakeholders to understand, coordinate, and communicate the outputs from portfolio risk analysis. Knowledge and Experience: - Significant prior experience in portfolio risk management in the lending business. - Experience in market risk and liquidity risk. - 8+ years of total experience with Indian NBFC experience preferred. - Understanding of financial sector/lending business risk metrics (PAR, DPD, AUM, vintage, Loss curves, roll rates). - Wide range of products experience including Retail and MSME loans, Secured and unsecured loans, partnerships, structured finance products, etc. - Risk and financial reporting, and MIS production experience. - Experience working at NBFCs or banks or consulting to Banks and NBFCs. Qualifications Required for the Role: - Master's degree in a relevant quantitative/risk/finance discipline. - CA/CFA or other professional financial qualification. - Highly proficient user of Microsoft Excel, including data analysis tools. - Prior exposure to Tableau would be beneficial.,
