Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Duty Manager located in Ernakulam. The Duty Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily front desk operations, ensuring excellent customer service and satisfaction. This includes managing front office staff, handling guest inquiries, and coordinating with other departments to ensure smooth operations. The role also involves administrative tasks such as scheduling, reporting, and maintaining records. Qualifications Proficiency in Opera Software Candidates must have a minimum of 4-5 Years in a reputed 5-star hotel with an inventory of 200+ rooms."
