Position Overview:

We are seeking a reliable and experienced Driver to join our team at the Vyttila branch. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the safe and timely transportation of patients, staff, and medical samples. The role demands a high level of professionalism and responsibility.

Key Responsibilities:

• Safely transport patients, staff, and medical samples to and from the diagnostic center.
• Ensure timely delivery of medical reports and other important documents.
• Maintain the cleanliness and upkeep of the vehicle, ensuring it is in good working condition at all times.
• Adhere to all traffic laws and regulations, ensuring the safety of passengers and goods.
• Assist with loading and unloading of medical equipment and supplies as required.
• Report any vehicle issues or incidents immediately to the administration.
• Maintain a logbook of daily trips and vehicle maintenance records.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Experience: Minimum 2-3 years of experience as a Driver in a Hospital, Medical Centre, or Diagnostic Centre.
• Licenses: Valid driving license for light and heavy vehicles.
• Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
• Skills:
• Excellent driving skills with a clean driving record.
• Good knowledge of local routes and traffic conditions in Kayamkulam and surrounding areas.
• Ability to handle emergency situations calmly and efficiently.
• Basic understanding of vehicle maintenance.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
