We are seeking a qualified Technical Recruiter to join our team, focusing on both contract-to-hire (C2H) and permanent positions for our esteemed Fortune 500 clients. Position : Technical Recruiter Location : Noida Sector - 4, Onsite Opportunity Timings : 9 AM - 6 PM Working Days : 5 (Mon - Fri) Employment Type : Full-Time Experience - 1- 4 Years Key Responsibilities: End-to-end IT recruitment for domestic clients with a primary focus on C2H positions. Oversee the recruitment process for C2H and permanent roles, ensuring the timely and efficient sourcing, screening, and selection of candidates. Coordinate interviews, negotiate offers and close positions within deadlines. Maintain a strong pipeline of candidates and keep up with the latest trends in tech hiring. Work closely with account managers and delivery leads to meet client expectations. Qualifications: Graduate with a minimum of 1 year of relevant experience with a staffing/recruitment organization Strong client relationship management skills. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Proven track record of success in revenue generation Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including strong negotiation abilities.
