We are hiring experienced recruiters to join our Canada staffing team. The ideal candidates will be technically strong and capable of handling IT contract roles. Prior experience with leading staffing firms is preferred. Key Responsibilities: • Source and recruit qualified candidates for Canadian clients (contractual/IT roles). • Utilize job portals, social platforms, and internal databases for candidate sourcing. • Pre-screen, interview, and shortlist candidates based on job specifications. • Coordinate interview schedules and feedback with the client. • Maintain candidate pipelines and meet weekly/monthly hiring targets. Requirements: • Minimum 2 years of experience in US/Canada IT staffing. • Strong technical understanding of IT job roles and skills. • Preferred educational background: B.Tech /B.Sc (Computer Science). • Excellent communication skills and adaptability to night shifts Please share cv at priya.khedar@q1tech.com
