Role: Domestic IT Recruiter Experience: 3 to 5 Years Location: Hyderabad(Uppal) Work Mode: Work From office(5 Days a week) Mode of interview: Face to Face interview Roles and Responsibilities: Source candidates through various channels such as job portals, social media, referrals, and networking events. Conduct initial screenings and shortlisting of candidates based on client requirements. Coordinate with clients to understand their recruitment needs and provide them with suitable options. Manage candidate pipelines by tracking progress, conducting interviews, and ensuring timely communication. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures during the entire recruitment process. Desired Candidate Profile: 3-6 years of experience in IT staffing or related field (Domestic). MBA/PGDM degree from a reputed institution (Any specialization). Strong understanding of contract staffing, permanent staffing, C2H, IT staffing, non-IT recruitment concepts. Excellent communication skills for effective coordination with clients and candidates. Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹10,288.09 - ₹48,801.33 per month Schedule: Day shift Work Location: In person
