Documentation and Spares Coordinator

• Create, update, and maintain technical documentation, including user manuals, installation guides, and API references.
• Ensure that all documentation is accurate, up-to-date, and easily accessible to production department & client.
• Work closely with development teams to understand technical details and ensure that documentation is comprehensive and up-to-date.
• Participate in code reviews to identify areas where documentation can be improved.
• Provide technical writing support to other teams as needed.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve documentation-related issues.
• Stay current with industry standards and best practices for technical writing, and continuously improve documentation processes and tools.
• Preparing, reviewing, and maintaining comprehensive documentation as per pharmaceutical regulatory standards (e.g., GMP, FDA, ISO).
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure proper documentation of processes, SOPs, protocols, and reports.
• Ensuring all documents are updated and comply with industry regulations and company policies.
• Assisting with audits and inspections by providing accurate and up-to-date documentation.
• Implementing best practices for document management systems.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
