Jindal Global University, Sonipat, Haryana Job Type: Full-time, On-site Role Summary This role involves designing and executing outreach activities aimed at increasing awareness, interest, and applications across all disciplines of Doctoral Studies offered at O.P. Jindal Global University. The individual will work closely with faculty, research centers, and university leadership to ensure alignment with academic priorities and long-term institutional goals. Key Responsibilities - Plan and execute targeted outreach programs, including academic conferences, webinars, research workshops, and faculty interactions to attract high-quality Ph.D. applicants. - Develop and implement strategic outreach campaigns to promote the admission of doctoral programs across platforms, including digital, institutional partnerships, and academic forums. - Collaborate with academic departments and research centers to highlight unique program strengths, faculty expertise, and research opportunities. - Represent the University’s Doctoral Programs at national and international symposiums, graduate school fairs, and academic networks to engage with potential candidates. - Coordinate with the Department and faculty committees to manage inquiries, applications, and counseling of prospective Ph.D. aspirants. - Provide academic and career guidance to students to help them align their research goals with the University’s offerings. - Build and maintain strong relationships with academic institutions, research organizations, faculty networks, and alumni for sustained engagement and talent pipeline development.
