District Sales Manager

Job Description

Casey Group is hiring experienced district sales managers for its retail chain segment to increase sales within an assigned geographical area and guide a team of sales executives with other sales positions. If you have exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and a dynamic sales attitude, then you are the one to whom we are searching for. Key Responsibilities: · Identify potential leads for distributors and convert them into successful business entity for the company. · Managing, training, and providing overall guidance to the sales team in your assigned work location. · Making strategy to achieve sales targets through the sales team. · Monitoring the performance of the sales team and motivating members to meet or exceed sales targets. · Collecting customer feedback and providing updates to senior management. · Travelling to potential and existing customers within an assigned sales area to present company offerings and build brand awareness. · Analyze the sales data of your team and provide insights wherever necessary to improve sales and business figure. · Developing and sustaining long-term relationships with customers. · Ensure compliance with company’s policies and procedures. Requirements: · Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business management, or related field is preferred. · Proven sales experience in insurance, banking, FMCG. · Proven track record of meeting end-to-end sales targets. · Excellent management, leadership, and organizational skills. · Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. · Outstanding negotiation and consultative sales skills. · Effective communication skills.
