District Sales Manager

Job Description

Key Responsibilities:1. Market Development Identify and onboard new tile showrooms and gum shops as retail partners. 2. Direct Marketing & Promotion Plan and execute district-level marketing campaigns, product demonstrations, and influencer programs. Ensure visibility of Durofill products through in-store branding, sample displays, and marketing collateral. Conduct training sessions for dealers, applicators, and shop staff. 3. Team Management Recruit, train, and supervise a team of Field Marketing Executives. Assign daily/weekly targets and ensure proper territory coverage. Monitor and support the team in retailer visits, follow-ups, and lead closures. 4. Reporting & Coordination Report on district sales and marketing performance, market feedback, and competitor activity. Coordinate with the supply chain and sales team to ensure timely product availability and order fulfillment. Maintain accurate records of retail partners, visits, demos, and issues resolved. 5. Performance Metrics Drive monthly target of retail partner activations and sales volumes. Ensure minimum outlet coverage benchmarks per month. Improve customer retention and dealer satisfaction across the district. Build and nurture strong relationships with existing retail partners. Educate dealers on product benefits, usage, and positioning of Durofill Glass Epoxy.
