Qualifications & Experience: Bachelor’s degree (MBA in Sales/Marketing preferred). 8–12 years of experience in FMCG sales, with at least 3–4 years in a regional leadership role. Proven track record of managing large teams and achieving business targets. Strong network and understanding of retail/distributor ecosystems in Tamil Nadu & Kerala.
