Job Summary: We are looking for an experienced Distributor Sales Manager to drive distributor acquisition, onboarding, and engagement. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record of appointing and managing FMCG distributors and trade partners and increasing order volumes through strong relationship management. Key Responsibilities: Distributor Acquisition & Enrollment: Identify, pitch, appoint, and onboard new distributors to paid subscription plans. Distributor Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing distributors and retailers. Order Generation & Sales Growth: Increase order volume by ensuring active participation of distributors on the Badho platform. Onboarding & Training: Educate new distributors on how to use Badhos platform, its features, and benefits. Market Expansion: Develop and execute strategies to expand distributor coverage and improve retention. Requirements: Experience: Minimum 7 years in distributor handling, acquisition, and onboarding in FMCG / B2B platforms like Udaan, Jumbotail, or FMCG companies( like HUL, Coca-Cola, PepsiCo, Nestl, ITC, Dabur, etc .) Education: Graduate in any discipline. Skills: Strong sales, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
