Dispatch & Logistics Executive

As a Dispatch & Logistics Executive, with 1+ years of experience, your main responsibility will be to efficiently plan and manage daily dispatch and delivery schedules. You will be required to track shipments, handle any delivery delays, and communicate effectively with drivers, vendors, and clients. Your role will involve optimizing delivery routes for cost and time, as well as maintaining shipment and inventory records. Collaboration with the warehouse team for loading and unloading tasks will be essential. Additionally, you will be expected to address and solve customer issues related to delivery in a timely manner. This is a full-time, permanent position located at Road No. 5, Sachin GIDC, Surat. The working hours are from 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM, Monday to Saturday, with day and morning shifts. The successful candidate for this role should be detail-oriented, possess excellent communication skills, and have a problem-solving attitude.
