We’ve worked with some of India’s most loved brands including Frido, Phool, Canva India, Good Bug, WintWealth, Oziva, Mnmlst, Alpino and many more. As a individual, you’ll get to work directly on these brands, shooting ads that are seen by millions.


The Opportunity

We're looking for a hungry, driven videographer who's ready to learn fast and grow with us. This isn't just a job—it's your chance to master the art of performance creative while working on real campaigns for growing brands. You'll be shooting content that gets seen by millions and directly impacts our clients' bottom line.


Key Responsibilities:


1. Content Shooting & Visual Execution

  • Shoot high-quality UGC-style and performance video ads primarily using iPhones and basic equipments
  • Follow creative briefs and storyboards to capture compelling, scroll-stopping content
  • Ensure proper lighting, composition, and framing for social media formats
  • Maintain consistent visual quality across all shoots


2. Pre-Production Support

  • Collaborate with creative strategists and production head to understand brand requirements
  • Prepare equipment, props, and shooting setups based on creative briefs, charge and prep all devices
  • Assist in location scouting and setup preparation
  • Input into creative angles, visual hacks, and transitions that elevate the output


3. Visual Library & Research

  • Maintain a repository of outstanding visuals and visual storytelling formats
  • Stay updated with latest social media video trends on Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook
  • Create and update a Master Shots Library using tools like Foreplay
  • Watch ads and viral content to understand what works
  • Continuously improve technical skills and creative eye


4. Collaboration & Growth

  • Work closely with post-production team to ensure footage meets editing requirements
  • Take feedback constructively and implement improvements quickly
  • Align on required elements before shoot day to optimize for editing
  • Participate in creative brainstorming sessions


What We're Looking For


Must-Haves

  • 6 months to 1 year of content creation experience (personal projects, internships, or freelance work count!)
  • Portfolio showcasing video work (even if it's personal content or practice projects)
  • Good understanding of iPhone videography and lighting fundamentals
  • Good understanding of any one industry leading editing software (Adobe Suite, Final Cut Pro)
  • Familiarity with Instagram Reels, TikTok, and Facebook video formats


Bonus Points

  • Any experience with UGC or ad content creation
  • Basic knowledge of e-commerce/DTC brands
  • Personal social media presence with video content
