Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Direct Sales Executive located in Nagpur. The Direct Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying potential customers, presenting and selling our solar products, and providing excellent customer service. Daily tasks include generating sales leads, meeting or exceeding sales goals, negotiating contracts, and managing customer accounts. The role requires close collaboration with team members to ensure customer satisfaction and achieve business objectives.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
• Proven Sales experience and ability to meet sales targets
• Basic understanding of Finance and Insurance processes
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Experience in the renewable energy sector is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
• Excellent negotiation and problem-solving skills
