Job Description

Duties and Responsibilities 1. PE should take ownership of daily incoming enquires/Tenders from ADNOC & coordinate with sourcing team & even direct with manufacturers & stockiest 2. Review of technical specifications/drawings & source the right spare parts or capital equipment (Electrical, Electronics, IT items) 3. The PE should submit the high quality technical information's/Data sheet & in case of any opportunity to sell alternative makes. 4. Thorough reviewing the incoming enquiry from ADNOC the PE will need to take ownership of the enquiry/opportunity & complete the sales cycle by coordinating with supplier & thereby recommending(requesting) for alternate makes acceptance (if applicable for non-spare parts items) or decline to quote (if items are not in ACEKROFT scope of supply). 5. All incoming enquires & progress to be updated in ACEKROFT CRM / ERP system. Keep a record of all incoming enquires & maintain a status of each enquires like - Win, Lost, Reason for lose, areas of improvement etc and generate monthly reports for evaluation with management 6. Continuous monitoring of each enquiry & improvements in order to increase the chance to success in next tenders/inquires etc. 7. The PE should have the ability to learn, understand & maintain positive attitude in order to close the sales. 8. The PE should assist the Main Accountant in processing and managing purchase orders received from ADNOC and Gravity. 9. The PE should update and maintain all relevant accounts details in the ERP software. 10. Study the delivery procedure for shipping products to ADNOC Warehouse, coordinate with relevant teams, and prepare necessary documentation, including Delivery note, ASN and label..etc 11. Submit invoices to ADNOC in a timely manner and follow up with ADNOC Expeditors for Goods Receipt Notes.
