Job Overview

The Trainer will be responsible for delivering comprehensive training sessions on core digital marketing concepts and tools. This includes SEO, SEM, social media marketing, email marketing,, and more. The trainer will conduct both theory and practical sessions, ensure student engagement, evaluate student performance, and continuously update training material based on industry trends and tools.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver classroom and/or online training sessions as per the course schedule
• Explain digital marketing concepts using real-time case studies and campaign examples
• Conduct practical sessions in SMM, SEM and SEO
• Prepare and update training materials, PPTs, assignments, and assessments
• Monitor and evaluate student progress; provide feedback and guidance
• Mentor students for live project work, certifications, and job readiness
• Coordinate with academic and admin teams for scheduling and student queries
• Assist with SEO and SMM activities for Sizcom’s own business
• Keep course content aligned with current digital marketing trends and tools
• Support the placement team by evaluating student readiness and assisting with technical rounds when needed

Required Skills

• 1 plus year experience in digital marketing
• Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, SMM, and email marketing
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Ability to simplify technical concepts for students with varied levels of understanding
• Patience, mentorship skills, and a passion for teaching
• Up-to-date with the latest changes in digital marketing platforms and algorithms

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 per month

• Day shift
