Job Role: Digital Marketing Specialist

We’re seeking a passionate and result-driven Digital Marketer with hands-on experience in executing successful online marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate should be well-versed in performance marketing, SEO, social media strategy, and content-driven campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, execute, and optimize performance marketing campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, etc.)
• Create and manage content strategies for SEO and social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.)
• Track KPIs like CTR, CPC, ROI, and conversions, and prepare monthly performance reports
• Work with design and content teams to create engaging creatives and ad copies
• Manage email marketing and marketing automation tools (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot)
• Research market trends and competitors to identify new growth opportunities
• Stay updated with the latest tools and industry trends

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
• 2–5 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing
• Proficiency in tools like Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Business Manager, SEMrush, etc.
• Strong understanding of SEO/SEM, PPC, and content marketing
• Creative mindset with excellent communication and analytical skills
• Certification in Digital Marketing (Google/Facebook/Hubspot) is a plus
