Job Title: Digital Marketing Manager
Location: Kolkata (Topsia )
Department: Marketing

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Digital Marketing Manager to lead and execute our digital marketing strategy. The ideal candidate will have a strong grasp of current marketing tools and strategies and be able to lead integrated digital marketing campaigns from concept to execution. You will work closely with the marketing team, support teams (such as programmers), and vendors to drive qualified traffic, generate leads, and increase brand awareness.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage digital marketing campaigns across all digital channels (SEO, SEM, email, social media, content, and display advertising).
  • Plan and execute all web, SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media, and display advertising campaigns.
  • Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs).
  • Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights.
  • Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies through digital marketing.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize the user experience.
  • Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touchpoints.
  • Manage and maintain the company’s website(s) and ensure best practices in content layout and UX.
  • Oversee and manage the digital marketing budget.
  • Coordinate with external agencies and freelancers as needed.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Communications, or a related field.
  • Proven working experience (3+ years) in digital marketing, preferably in a managerial role.
  • Strong knowledge of tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, HubSpot, Mailchimp, SEMrush, or similar.
  • Solid understanding of SEO, PPC, email marketing, and social media advertising.
  • Experience in optimizing landing pages and user funnels.
  • Excellent analytical and project management skills.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in B2B or B2C marketing, depending on the company’s focus.
  • Certifications in Google Ads, Google Analytics, Facebook Blueprint, or HubSpot.
  • Familiarity with marketing automation tools and CRM platforms.

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
