About the Job Role

We are looking for a Digital Marketing Manager to take complete ownership of our digital marketing efforts, lead a high-performing team, and drive strategic business growth. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in the digital marketing field, with strong leadership, execution, and client management capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement strategic digital marketing plans aligned with company objectives
• Manage and optimize key digital marketing channels, including SEO, Social Media, Google & Facebook Ads, Email Marketing, and Website Content
• Lead, mentor, and guide the digital marketing team in day-to-day operations and long-term initiatives
• Coordinate with clients to understand their needs, offer tailored solutions, and maintain lasting relationships
• Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to track success and generate insights for continuous improvement
• Ensure brand consistency and cohesive messaging across all digital platforms
• Collaborate with design, development, and content teams for campaign planning and execution
• Stay updated on current digital trends, tools, and best practices for sustained growth and innovation

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
• Minimum 3 years of proven experience in Digital Marketing with a managerial or senior executive background
• Prior experience in digital marketing agencies or training institutes is a plus
• Proficiency in SEO, SMM, Paid Ads Management, Website Handling, and Basic design Tools
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and team management skills
• Strong client handling experience with a solution-oriented approach
• Ability to plan, implement, and analyze strategic marketing initiatives

PLEASE NOTE: THE MAXIMUM SALARY OFFERED FOR THIS ROLE IS ₹35,000 (IN-HAND). ONLY CANDIDATES WHO ARE OK WITH THIS BUDGET NEED TO APPLY.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
