Position: Branch Manager Location: AHMEDABAD Job Summary: As a Branch Manager at Switrus Holidays Pvt. Ltd., you will play a pivotal role in leading and motivating a team to achieve branch targets for European fixed departures, Group Inclusive Tours (GIT), Business-to-Business (B2B), Free Independent Travelers (FIT), and Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, and Exhibitions (MICE). Your responsibilities include coordinating with other departments for seamless operations and assisting clients in planning and booking their travel requirements. Switrus mainly focuses on fixed group departures. Key Responsibilities: 1. Team Leadership: Lead and motivate the team to achieve branch goals in GIT European series departures. 2. Destination Expertise: Stay updated on travel trends and possess in-depth knowledge of popular destinations, attractions, and cultural nuances. 3. Record Maintenance: Maintain accurate records of client interactions, bookings, and financial transactions using appropriate tools. Requirements: 1. Relevant Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in the travel industry is mandatory, especially in Europe group tour departures. 2. Communication Skills: Excellent communication and rapport-building abilities. 3. Organizational Skills: Strong attention to detail for precise travel arrangements. 4. Destination Knowledge: In-depth understanding of various travel destinations, especially European countries, including culture, attractions, and travel requirements. 5. Problem-Solving: Ability to effectively handle unexpected sales and related challenges. 6. Team Player: Collaborate effectively with colleagues and travel partners, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability. 7. Flexible Hours: Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and peak travel seasons, while maintaining normal working hours from 9:30 AM to 6:00 PM. 8.
