Job Description

Key Responsibilities: Manage Amazon Seller Central operations: listing, cataloging, pricing, and inventory updates. Optimize product titles, bullet points, descriptions, and backend keywords for ranking and compliance. Run and manage Amazon Sponsored Ads (PPC) campaigns and improve ACoS/ROAS. Monitor and improve Product Listing Quality Score (LQS) and STEP metrics. Analyze competition using tools like Helium 10 / Jungle Scout. Coordinate with the creative team for A+ Content, images, and infographics. Track and report performance on key KPIs: sales, traffic, conversion, returns. Handle issues related to account health, listing suppression, reviews, and customer queries. Ensure compliance with Amazon policies and stay updated with changes. Requirements: 1–3 years of experience in Amazon/eCommerce account management. Knowledge of Amazon Seller Central, PPC ads, and product ranking strategies. Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and basic analytics. Familiarity with Helium 10, Jungle Scout, or similar tools preferred. Ability to work independently and meet deadlines. Strong communication and problem-solving skills. Preferred Candidates: From Kanpur or willing to relocate. Prior experience in FMCG, Health, Grocery categories is a plus.
