Job Overview: Were looking for a passionate and results-driven Digital Marketer to join our dynamic team and play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our marketing strategy and lead generation efforts. As the Digital Marketing Strategist , you will be responsible for developing, executing, and optimizing innovative lead generation marketing strategies that drive business growth, generate quality leads, and enhance brand visibility. You will lead all aspects of our marketing function, from digital campaigns and content marketing, webinars, and lead generation and nurturing. Key Responsibilities: Lead Generation Strategy Develop and execute targeted lead generation strategies for the educational and edtech markets. Create integrated marketing plans utilizing both online and offline channels to capture and engage leads, especially targeting educational institutions, educators, and edtech professionals. Digital Marketing & Campaign Execution Plan, launch, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across social media, search engines, and relevant industry platforms. Manage content marketing strategies to engage and educate audiences through blogs, articles, and educational resources. Utilize SEO and SEM best practices to boost online visibility and drive high-quality traffic. Email Marketing Design and implement targeted email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and promote valuable content and events. Analyze email campaign performance and optimize messaging for better engagement and conversion. Webinars & Virtual Events Plan, coordinate, and host webinars and virtual events focused on educational trends and our products/services. Develop engaging presentations that highlight our value proposition to potential leads and clients. Lead Management & Nurturing Design lead nurturing campaigns to guide prospects through the sales funnel. Implement lead scoring and segmentation strategies to personalize engagement and optimize conversions. Track and analyze lead generation metrics to refine and improve marketing strategies. Market Research & Strategy Optimization Conduct market research to stay ahead of trends, identify customer needs, and analyze the competitive landscape. Utilize data-driven insights to refine strategies and improve overall performance. Required Competencies: Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Ads, SEO/SEM, email marketing platforms).
