Manage social media pages, create engaging content, and grow audience organically. Run paid ad campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads) and monitor ROI. Perform SEO/SEM optimization to improve website visibility. Analyze website and campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics. Generate regular reports and insights for campaign improvements. Collaborate with content, design, and sales teams to support business goals. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field. Proven experience in digital marketing (1–3 years preferred). Hands-on experience with tools like Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, Canva, and SEO tools. Excellent written and communication skills. Ability to work independently and meet deadlines. Bonus Skills: Knowledge of email marketing and automation tools (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot). Basic graphic design skills.
