Job Description

Key Responsibilities:Develop and execute result-driven digital marketing campaigns across platforms including Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram), Google Ads, LinkedIn, and YouTube Create, manage, and optimize Meta Ads campaigns (Lead Generation, Traffic, Engagement, etc.) to maximize ROI Analyze and report performance metrics from Meta Ads Manager to refine targeting and budget strategies Monitor website traffic, lead generation, and user engagement using tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, etc. Oversee SEO/SEM, social media management, and content marketing strategies Collaborate with the creative team to develop ad creatives, landing pages, and campaign messaging Handle Online Reputation Management (ORM) across digital platforms Plan and allocate paid advertising budgets across digital channels Track and evaluate KPIs to improve campaign performance and lead quality Stay updated on digital marketing trends, Meta algorithm changes, and new ad formats/features
