About the Role:

We are seeking a strategic and data-driven Digital Growth Manager to lead our online growth initiatives. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to drive user acquisition, improve customer engagement, and boost revenue through digital channels.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute digital growth strategies across SEO, SEM, email marketing, social media, and performance marketing.
• Lead user acquisition campaigns and optimize conversion funnels.
• Collaborate with content, design, and tech teams to implement growth experiments and A/B testing.
• Monitor key metrics like traffic, CAC, LTV, retention, and ROI across channels.
• Analyze data to uncover insights and growth opportunities.
• Oversee paid media campaigns on platforms like Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, etc.
• Develop customer journey maps and optimize digital touchpoints.
• Work closely with product and sales teams to align growth goals.
• Explore new tools, trends, and technologies for digital expansion.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹36,372.22 per month
