Samin Tekmindz India Pvt.Ltd is looking for DevOps Architect to join our dynamic team and embark on a rewarding career journey DevOps Strategy and Planning: You will define the overall DevOps strategy and roadmap for the organization, considering the specific needs and goals of the software development process This involves assessing current infrastructure, tools, and processes and identifying areas for improvement Infrastructure Design and Automation: You will design and implement the infrastructure required for the software development and deployment process This includes defining the architecture of cloud-based or on-premises infrastructure, selecting appropriate tools and technologies, and creating automation scripts for provisioning and managing infrastructure resources Continuous Integration and Deployment: You will establish and enhance continuous integration (CI) and continuous deployment (CD) pipelines, enabling the automated build, testing, and deployment of software This involves selecting and configuring CI/CD tools, integrating automated testing frameworks, and ensuring smooth and reliable software releases Configuration Management: You will implement configuration management practices to ensure consistency and reproducibility of environments across the software development lifecycle This includes managing configuration files, infrastructure as code, and version control systems to effectively track and manage changes Monitoring and Alerting: You will set up monitoring and alerting systems to track the performance, availability, and security of software applications and infrastructure This includes selecting and configuring monitoring tools, defining key performance indicators (KPIs), and implementing automated alerts and notifications Collaboration and Communication: You will foster collaboration between development, operations, and other cross-functional teams by promoting a DevOps culture and implementing effective communication channels This involves encouraging knowledge sharing, conducting regular meetings, and facilitating collaboration platforms and tools Security and Compliance: You will incorporate security best practices into the DevOps process, ensuring that security controls and measures are implemented throughout the software development lifecycle This includes addressing vulnerabilities, implementing secure coding practices, and complying with relevant security and regulatory standards Continuous Improvement: You will continuously evaluate and improve the DevOps process by identifying bottlenecks, analyzing metrics and feedback, and implementing optimizations This involves staying updated with emerging DevOps trends, technologies, and practices and integrating them into the organization's DevOps strategy We are looking for DevOps Architect to be based on Noida, India. The incumbent will be reporting to Chief Executive Officer (CEO) / Chief Technology Officer (CTO).
