SUMMARY Job Opening: Desktop Support Engineer Vikhroli, Mumbai (C2H Role) Location: Vikhroli, Mumbai Client: Leading MNC Role Type: Contract-to-Hire (C2H) Shifts: Rotational CTC: Up to 30,000 per month Experience: Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience required Qualification: Any graduate Key Responsibilities: Provide end-to-end desktop support, both hardware and software. Perform OS installations and system upgrades as required. Support and configure Microsoft architecture environments (Windows, Outlook, Office 365, etc.). Handle Outlook configuration, troubleshooting, and user support. Set up and maintain Active Directory accounts, permissions, and security settings. Provide first-level network support including LAN/WAN connectivity and basic troubleshooting. Manage incident tickets and ensure timely resolution of IT issues. Coordinate with teams and users to ensure seamless support and satisfaction. Requirements Required Skills: Solid knowledge of desktop hardware, peripherals, and software support. Proficiency in OS installation, Active Directory setup, and Microsoft Outlook configuration. Basic understanding of network concepts (IP addressing, LAN/WAN, DNS/DHCP).
