Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Desktop Support Engineer located in Hyderabad. The Desktop Support Engineer will be responsible for providing technical support for desktop computers, troubleshooting issues, printer support, and handling computer hardware-related tasks. Day-to-day tasks include diagnosing and resolving hardware and software problems, setting up and configuring new equipment, and providing assistance to end-users to ensure smooth operation of IT systems.

Qualifications

• Technical Support, Troubleshooting, and Printer Support skills
• Desktop Computers and Computer Hardware skills
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in an on-site environment
• Relevant certifications such as CompTIA A+ or equivalent are a plus
• Experience in a similar role is preferred
