Job Description

Visit customer premises to resolve hardware/software/network issues as per support calls. Handle installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of desktops, laptops, printers, and network devices. Manage operating system support (Windows 7/10/11), software setups (MS Office, Antivirus, etc.), and routine maintenance. Address user account issues, internet connectivity, and shared resources troubleshooting. Ensure timely resolution of issues and maintain service call logs. Provide regular updates to the service coordinator on job status and customer feedback. Move on to the next customer call location upon issue resolution. Coordinate with internal teams and vendors as required. Handle outlook issues
