Desktop Support Engineer

You will be joining Sagenext Infotech LLC in Gorakhpur as a Server Support Engineer. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining and supporting the company's server infrastructure to ensure optimal performance, security, and availability. You will collaborate with various teams to address server-related issues promptly and provide technical support to users experiencing server-related problems. Your key responsibilities will include monitoring, maintaining, and troubleshooting physical and virtual servers, installing and upgrading server hardware and software, implementing and managing backup solutions, ensuring server security, responding to incidents, maintaining documentation, monitoring performance, developing disaster recovery plans, and working closely with other IT staff and departments. To qualify for this position, you should have a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, along with 1-5 years of experience in server support, system administration, or a similar role. Proficiency with Windows and Linux server environments, experience with virtualization technologies, strong understanding of network protocols and security best practices, and familiarity with cloud services are required. This is a full-time job with benefits like a flexible schedule and provided food. The work shift is at night from Monday to Friday, and you must be able to commute or relocate to Gorakhpur, Uttar Pradesh. Fluency in English is preferred for this role.,
