Job Description

You will be responsible for providing technical assistance to clients remotely as a Remote Desktop Support Analyst. Your primary focus will be troubleshooting software and hardware issues, with a specific preference for Mac systems. Strong communication skills are key to effectively understanding and addressing the technical needs of our clients. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include handling support tickets that require onsite assistance, responding to client support requests, and contacting clients to determine the nature of the problem. You will troubleshoot hardware and software issues, install and maintain computer peripherals, and upgrade operating systems and software as needed. Additionally, you will address networking and connection issues, advise on software and hardware upgrades, and provide basic training in computer operation and management. Incident management, change management, and problem management will be essential aspects of your role, as well as providing support for SAP, Microsoft software, hardware, and networking. Knowledge of networks, AD, DNS, DHCP, and cloud backup will also be required to effectively fulfill the responsibilities of this position.,
