Job Description:

We are looking for an enthusiastic and creative Design Thinking & Innovation Tutor to conduct offline sessions for school students (age 10 –17) across Delhi and NCR. The ideal candidate should be skilled at introducing students to the fundamentals of creative problem-solving, product thinking, and innovation using hands-on and student-friendly approaches.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct engaging sessions on design thinking principles and their practical applications.
• Introduce the 5 stages of design thinking – Empathize, Define, Ideate, Prototype, and Test – through interactive activities.
• Guide students to explore real-world problems, brainstorm ideas, and create innovative solutions.
• Encourage teamwork, creative confidence, and user-focused thinking.
• Use case studies, storytelling, design challenges, and prototyping exercises to reinforce concepts.
• Teach how innovation applies in fields like education, technology, business, and social impact.
• Create a collaborative, hands-on classroom environment where students feel inspired to create and experiment.

Requirements :

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Design, Innovation, Education, or a related field.
• 2–3 years of teaching or facilitation experience, preferably in design thinking, innovation, or entrepreneurship.
• Strong understanding of human-centered design, creative thinking tools, and problem-solving methods.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to engage school-age students.
• Ability to simplify concepts and design age-appropriate activities.
• Willingness to travel to schools across Delhi/NCR for offline sessions.
• Passion for building creative, critical thinkers among young learners.
