Design Manager

You should hold a B.E/B.Tech/M.E/M.Tech/M.Sc degree in Electronics with a strong academic record. With over 5 years of experience, you must have specialized in developing intricate embedded systems/FPGA based projects. Your role will entail leading and overseeing complex embedded systems projects from inception to completion, guiding junior team members as well as collaborating with them. Proficiency in hardware design & analysis (analog, digital, mixed signal) with adept troubleshooting skills is essential. You should possess exceptional C skills and knowledge of common programming languages like python. Troubleshooting software issues and providing support to team members in overcoming obstacles during their development are key responsibilities. Engaging with customers, managing multiple projects executed by diverse teams, and delivering embedded systems/FPGA based projects are part of the job requirements. Proficiency in using various test & measuring equipment such as oscilloscope, signal generator, logic analyzer is necessary. Establishing and adhering to high-quality systems & procedures, adapting to new technologies, and working independently with minimal guidance are also crucial aspects of this role.,
