Opening for Design Engineer, required For a Manufacturing Industry

Job Description:

We are looking for a talented and detail-oriented design engineer to join our creative team. As a design engineer, you will be responsible for carrying out a variety of engineering duties including designing, researching, and prototyping new products.Understanding the needs of the management and customers and applying it in new designs

Ø Conducting research in design and engineering methods required to achieve the designs

Ø Need to be well-versed with design tools such as SolidWorks

Ø Overseeing the development and manufacturing of physical prototypes for testing.

Ø Documenting the design process and iterations

Ø managing project timelines

Ø New product development (NPD)

Ø Preparing technical reports, design specifications and drawings of all designs and products

Ø Work on site drawings and help evaluate best possible solutions for the clients

Ø Improve existing product and manufacturing processes

Ø Ensure design is user friendly and easy to manufacture

Ø Need to understand basic measurement parameters and also take measurements at actual site if necessary

Ø Estimate cost limits and budgets for new designs, supervise the manufacturing process of all designs.

Qualification:

Ø Diploma / B.E in any design engineering.

Ø Candidates preferred with excellent communication skill.

Ø Minimum 2-3years’ experience.
