Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related field
3+ years of relevant experience in real estate, construction, or architectureProficiency in AutoCAD (2D drafting & detailing) – mandatory
Working knowledge of SketchUp for 3D modeling and visualization
Strong skills in MS Excel or Google Sheets (BOQs, area calculations, data handling)
Ability to create impactful presentations using MS PowerPoint
Solid understanding of building layouts, elevations, and site planningAttention to detail, accuracy, and efficiency in draftingStrong team player – able to coordinate with architects, engineers, and project managersFamiliarity with local building regulations and design standards is a plus
