Job Description

Qualification: Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., engineering, quality management, education) or equivalent experience Experience- Shall have 10 years’ experience in the relevant field. Certified trainer Operation & maintenance solar experience is more preferable Training: Certified trainer Standards Understanding of IS/ISO/IEC standards, Understanding of process approach Responsibilities: Shall be responsible for conducting quality workshop across all sites / cluster / zonal level. Preparation of training plan and execution Training records and documentation. Training feedback and analysis Preparing action plan on feedback Closure status of action taken Knowledge & Skills Renewable energy, e.g., Solar plant Technology, Manufacturing processes Communication skills Learning and listening skills Knowledge of preventive maintenance of equipment. Knowledge of breakdown maintenance of equipment. Knowledge of troubleshooting process Knowledge of testing and calibration Knowledge of MS Office
