Role & responsibilities Strategic Planning: - Develop and implement logistics strategies to optimize efficiency and minimize costs. - Conduct risk assessments and long-term planning. Operations Oversight: - Oversee the KRA and KPI Deliverables - Ensure all REsponsibilities are handled within the timelin Stakeholder Coordination: - Coordinate with various stakeholders for timely delivery of services - Maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders. Compliance and Safety: - Ensure adherence to company policies, industry regulations, and safety standards. - Implement procedures to maintain high standards of Accuracy and Quality Team Leadership: - Manage, train, and support the logistics team to meet performance goals. - Foster a positive and productive work environment. Preferred candidate profile - Bachelor's degree in Logistics with exposure with Contract Logistics - 3-6 years of experience in Contract Logistics, with at least 2 years in a AM/DM Role - Strong knowledge of logistics software and industry regulations. - Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
